Office Associate Job Description/Duties:
<div><ul><li>Accurately enters information regarding sales transactions and order information into Storis system.
</li></ul><ul><li>Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Completes all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales &amp; service orders, account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provides customer service support by answering a high volume of inbound calls, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, solving customer complaints/questions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Answers, investigates and/or initiates actions on customer inquiries efficiently, using all customer access channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax, etc.)
</li></ul><ul><li>Consistently meets or exceeds performance standards for service quality, accuracy and volume.
</li></ul><ul><li>Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
</li></ul><ul><li>Verifies all paperwork for order processing is accurate.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity.
</li></ul><ul><li>Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul></div>Required Skills and Abilities:
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
</li><li>Basic reading and comprehension skills.
</li><li>Basic numerical reasoning skills.
</li><li>Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner.
</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office.
</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.
</li><li>Outstanding customer service skills.
</li><li>Knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize Storis, Ring Central Phone System, Package AI Routing Software and Company Intranet systems preferred.
</li></ul>Education and Experience:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
</li><li>Previous clerical experience preferred
</li></ul>Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
</li><li>Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period.
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
</li><li>Ability to operate relevant equipment and observe details to complete assigned responsibilities.
