Our personal injury law firm is hiring a Medical Records Clerk to help us manage and request client medical records. If you&rsquo;ve worked in a medical office, hospital, or records department &mdash; this is a great fit.Schedule<ul><li>Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (some flexibility on start/end times)</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Request medical records and bills from hospitals, physician groups, radiology centers, ambulance services, and emergency providers using online portals.</li><li>Review records to ensure everything is complete (ER, radiology, ambulance, ER physicians, etc.).</li><li>Keep records organized and secure, following HIPAA/privacy requirements.</li><li>Track requests and follow up with providers to keep cases moving.</li><li>Work closely with our attorneys and staff to support client cases.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience in a medical office, hospital, law firm, or records role is preferred.</li><li>Comfort with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and provider portals is a plus.</li><li>Basic understanding of medical terminology.</li><li>Organized, detail-focused, and reliable.</li><li>Able to handle confidential information responsibly.</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay (based on experience)</li><li>BCBS Health Plan</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>401k</li><li>Gym on site</li></ul>Job Types: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personPay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
