Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist/ Office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support in a friendly dental practice environment. This role requires administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for patients.Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.</li><li>Familiarity with dental terminology and coding practices is required.</li><li>The position is ideal for someone who is proficient at dental billing, insurance breakdowns and estimating patient out of pocket expenses. However, if you are not familiar with dental billing, we can train you.</li><li>Experience with Open Dental or any dental practice management software.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and phone etiquette.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $22-$28 per hour</li><li>Expected hours: 30-35 per week</li><li>Looking to hire immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Levittown, PA 19056 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
