As a ERP Project Manager (SAP B1 Technology) , your mission is to manage the project execution related to SAP B1. You will report to the IT Manager.</p>
<p>
You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>ERP Project Management: Lead SB1 projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.</li>
<li>Develop plans, allocate resources, and manage risks.</li>
<li>Follow governance and methodologies. Mid-Size Change Management: Implement mid-size SB1 changes to meet business needs.</li>
<li>Work with stakeholders to align requirements.</li>
<li>Global Demand Coordination: Act as contact for global SB1 demands.</li>
<li>Prioritize requests for efficient resource use and timely resolution.</li>
<li>SB1 Council Moderation: Moderate SB1 council meetings to support decisions and communication.</li>
<li>Offer insights to improve ERP processes and strategies.</li>

<p>
You have 5 -7 years of experience, working as a ERP Project Manager</p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in IT, Business, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience: Managing ERP projects, ideally SAP Business One. Strong ERP system knowledge and stakeholder coordination.</li>
<li>Skills: Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication in multicultural teams. Proficient in ERP platforms, especially SB1. Preferred: PMP certification, global ERP knowledge, and experience leading council discussions.</li>

As a CRM Application and Process Expert, your mission is to handle CRM related activities. You will report to IT Manager.</p>

<li>Support CRM Rollout: Collaborate with teams to implement MSD rollout globally, ensuring timely, quality deployment and user training.</li>
<li>Daily Operations: Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM, monitor performance, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Assess and improve CRM workflows, aligning functions with business needs.</li>
<li>Backup: Act as CRM Specialist backup to maintain operations.</li>
<li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain CRM documentation and provide regular performance reports.</li>

</li><li><div>Experience:Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and deployment</div>
</li><li><div>Familiar with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing</div>
</li><li><div>Involved in Agile projects, preferably Scrum (Azure Dev-Ops)</div>
</li><li><div>Hands-on with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)</div>
</li><li><div>Skills:Expert in CRM configuration and customization</div>
</li><li><div>Strong knowledge of customer relationship business processes</div>
</li><li><div>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</div>
</li><li><div>Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse</div>
</li><li><div>Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL</div>
</li><li><div>Experience with SOA, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps</div>
</li><li><div>Familiar with documentation tools like Documents Core Pack</div>
</li><li><div>Preferred:Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM</div>
</li><li><div>Experience supporting global CRM implementations</div>
</li><li><div>Knowledge of integrating Dynamics with other platforms.</div>
