TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

Purpose of the role 
The Social Media Content Strategist translates brand and business objectives into an insight-led, channel-specific content system&mdash;defining pillars, tone of voice, and a measurable editorial calendar&mdash;and orchestrates creative, community, and media to deliver it at pace. They use audience, competitive, and performance data to plan, brief, and continually optimize content so it&rsquo;s consistent, culturally relevant, and tied to outcomes (reach, engagement, consideration, and conversion).
Key responsibilities and tasks
Social and Content<ul>
<li>
Build the social/content strategy and monthly calendar across Meta, X, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, etc.</li>
<li>Run day-to-day client comms and workflow; brief and QA creative/production.</li>
<li>Write/oversee captions, post copy, and light platform adaptations.</li>
<li>Mentor a team member to handle community management (&sbquo;&acirc;&agrave;3-4 hrs/day, scaling during launches/issues) and use our scheduling tools.</li>
<li>Mentor the same team member to produce monthly performance reports with clear analysis.</li>
<li>Lead quarterly competitive analysis (social listening + page audits) with recommendations.</li>

<li>
Support the regional leadership team on relevant projects and initiatives
</li><li>Be a cultural ambassador for the team and agency; promoting initiatives internally and externally; showcasing activities and achievements internally and on social media</li>
</ul><ul><li>Attend agency and industry events as appropriate to represent the agency
</li><li>Seek ways to increase knowledge for self-improvement and to improve the team&rsquo;s ability to deliver results</li>
<li>Proactive suggestions for new processes and tools to improve efficiency and performance of the team</li>
<li>Regular travel to various LEWIS office across the network</li> 
</ul> 
About you<ul>
<li>
3&ndash;5 years in social/content strategy (agency or brand); tech/consumer electronics a plus.</li>
<li>Strong Arabic &amp; English writing; culturally tuned for GCC/MENA.</li>
<li>Proven content planning, briefing, and stakeholder management.</li>
<li>Comfortable with analytics/listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, native)</li></ul>
