About your new Career:</b></div></div><p>
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time position at <b>Homecoming at The Resort</b>, a busy and beautiful Lewis-owned apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in the supervision of staff and operations at this exciting community.<br>

<b>Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul><li><i>
Assisting in the management of Maintenance Technician &amp; Grounds-keeping staff</i></li><li><i>
Making ready units for new occupancy</i></li><li><i>
Interaction with General Manager and staff</i></li><li><i>
Walking property with general manager</i></li><li><i>
Maintaining units of current residents</i></li><li><i>
Managing/negotiating with outside vendors</i></li><li><i>
Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities</i></li></ul><p><i>

Other requirements include:<br>
</div><ul><li><i>
Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed</i></li><li><i>
Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.</i></li><li><i>
Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.</i></li><li><i>
Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.</i></li></ul><p><b>
To be successful, your background should include:</b></p><ul><li>
Prior staff supervision background</li><li><i>
Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment/residential industry</i></li><li><i>
Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair</i></li><li><i>
HVAC Certification is a big plus</i></li></ul><p><b>
ADDITIONAL INFO:</b></p><p>
Hours for this position are 9am-6pm and the days off are Fri/Sat.</p><p><b>
SALARY &amp; BENEFITS:</b></p><p>
 In addition to a competitive hourly wage ($27-$29/hour <i>depending on experience</i>) Lewis Assistant Maintenance Supervisors earn:</p><ul><li>
