As a <b>Leasing Consultant</b>, you&rsquo;ll be the face of Carmel, welcoming potential residents, building relationships, and helping people find their perfect home. Your strong sales skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset will ensure a seamless leasing experience and contribute directly to the success of our community.</div><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents&mdash;warmly greeting and guiding them through the leasing process.</li><li>
Conduct engaging and informative property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.</li><li>
Explain leasing terms, application procedures, and community policies clearly and professionally.</li><li>
Utilize sales techniques to convert inquiries into leases&mdash;meeting or exceeding occupancy and leasing goals.</li><li>
Stay up to date on availability, pricing, market trends, and competitor properties.</li><li>
Support the preparation of lease agreements and maintain accurate records.</li><li>
Build strong relationships with current residents to promote retention and community satisfaction.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the property management team to enhance overall performance.</li><li>
Contribute to marketing strategies and resident events to strengthen community appeal.</li></ul><p></p><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>
1&ndash;2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing (retail, real estate, or hospitality industries a plus)</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills&mdash;comfortable engaging with diverse individuals</li><li>
Motivated by goals and performance metrics, with a proven ability to close sales</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio) is a bonus</li><li>
Available to work weekends (with weekdays off)</li><li>
Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude</li></ul><p></p><div><b>
Compensation &amp; Perks</b></div><div>

The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay <b>$22.50 per hour</b> for this role, with actual compensation-based skills, experience, location and business needs.</li><li><b>
Performance Incentives:</b> Commission-based structure&mdash;<b>earning potential from high $50k to $60k+ annually</b> to start, with room for growth</li><li><b>
Cell Phone Allowance:</b> $60 cell phone allowance at the first pay period of every month</li><li><b>
Clothing Allowance:</b> $650 in your first year, $450 each following year</li><li><b>
