Key Responsibilities

Service Focus
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and repair plumbing issues</li>
<li>Perform maintenance and inspections</li>
<li>Communicate solutions and estimates to customers</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service</li>

Install Focus
<ul>
<li>Perform plumbing installations and replacements</li>
<li>Install water heaters, tankless systems, repipes, and fixtures</li>
<li>Ensure work meets code and quality standards</li>
<li>Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components</li>
<li>Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Requirements
<ul><li>2+ years of plumbing experience (service or install)</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Strong technical and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.</li>

Plumbing Service Technician

<div>Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, experience working on a variety of commercial equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers.</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial equipment.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.</li>
<li>Perform refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, recovery, and charging in accordance with EPA regulations.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers regarding system conditions and recommended repairs.</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies.</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and commercial refrigeration systems.</li>
<li>EPA Section 608 Certification required (Universal Required).</li>
<li>TDLR (Preferred)</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Commercial HVAC certification or technical school training.</li>
<li>Experience with building automation systems (BAS).</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
