Quality Control Inspector - Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Inspects all fabrication jobs to maintain the quality levels of work produced in accordance with applicable codes, standards, contract documents, and company QC procedures.</li><li>
Prepares detailed and thoroughdaily inspection reports.</li><li>
Monitor records on all shop welders with their level of certification and monitor daily rod use.</li><li>
Assist in setting up, monitor and maintain welding procedures, bolting procedures and painting procedures required for projects.</li><li>
Provide feedback on questions related to quality and project requirements from shop employees.</li><li>
The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.</li></ul>
Quality Control Inspector - Qualifications<ul><li>
Previous fitting and welding experience is required.</li><li>
AWS certified welding inspector, ASNT level-II certification, and/or SSPC/NACE certification is desirable.</li><li>
5 years of experience in a steel fabrication shop environment.</li><li>
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings and pass an inspector test.</li><li>
Must have excellent mathematical skills.</li><li>
High School or equivalent degree required.</li></ul>
Quality Control Inspector - Physical Demands<ul><li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and be able to climb 25 ft.</li><li>
Must have ability to bend, stoop, push and pull frequently.</li><li>
Requires occasional travel with overnight stays.

NDE Inspector, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform internal and external inspections to determine if a weldment/structure meets the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard, or document</li><li>
Interpret codes and specifications in accordance with the drawing requirements</li><li>
Use a computer to compile and submit data of acceptance or rejection of inspections, as well as for inter-office communications</li><li>
Recommend and approve repairs as well as perform visual inspection of work in progress and completed work</li><li>
Monitor welding processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux cored arc welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW), and plasma arc welding (PAW) to ensure they are performed in accordance with qualified procedures</li><li>
Verify and document welder qualifications</li><li>
Verify the compliance of base metals with the applicable specifications</li><li>
Appraise welding joint designs and joint preparations for compliance with drawing</li><li>
Verify proper fit, cleanliness, and environmental conditions</li><li>
Verify tack weld quality</li><li>
Verify preheat and interpass temperatures</li><li>
Assure the proper control and handling of welding consumables</li><li>
Verify the interpass and final cleaning</li><li>
Assure product conformity to drawings and specifications</li><li>
Verify cleanliness and weld surface quality</li><li>
Perform various NDT examinations (VT), (PT), (MT), (UT)</li><li>
Oversee repair activities</li><li>
Verify the proper performance of post-weld heat treatments</li><li>
Confirm adequate documentation of fabrication and inspection activities</li><li>
Assist in training and developing of other teammates</li><li>
Support the development of NDE inspection techniques for complex geometries</li><li>
Interpret and review engineering drawings as required</li><li>
Interpret, evaluate, communicate, and report findings to production and engineering teams</li><li>
The ability to work overtime, weekends, and regular, punctual attendance is required</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalency certificate</li><li>
Must be able to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings and pass an inspector test</li><li>
Must be able to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry and some trigonometry</li><li>
Currently certified Level II in at least two NDE Methods (VT), (PT), (MT), (UT) to ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent qualification</li></ul>

5 years of experience in a steel fabrication shop environment</li><li>

Extensive knowledge of industry standards including AISC, AWS, CWB, and ASME</li><li>
Level II in SSPC/NACE/AMPP</li></ul>
Physical Demands:<ul><li>

The Metal Mechanic will fabricate, build, and install various types of metal structures and equipment for facility maintenance and installation programs.
Metal Mechanic I Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Select appropriate material for each job based on the desired or necessary strength.</li><li>
Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.</li><li>
Measure and cut according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.</li><li>
Connect pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.</li><li>

Coordinate required shutdowns and startups of equipment with other departments after sheet metal installation.</li><li>

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Operations Analyst to support reporting, process improvement, and operational initiatives across our Fabrication Group. This role blends accounting knowledge with data analytics and systems expertise, playing a key role in enhancing financial visibility and driving efficiency across accounting and production functions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, quick learner, and strong analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, Excel, and related systems
</li><li>Build and optimize queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, production systems, etc.)
</li><li>Partner with Accounting and Production teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
</li><li>Lead or support projects focused on improving processes, data accuracy, and system integration across the Fabrication Group
</li><li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
</li><li>Document processes and contribute to the development of standardized reporting and workflows
</li><li>Continuously seek opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting (required)
</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or data/reporting roles
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
</li><li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Viewpoint Spectrum or similar) is a plus
</li><li>Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a huge plus
</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a deadline-driven environment
</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally</li>
