The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement process by assisting with the acquisition of goods and services. This role involves coordinating purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:</h1>
<ul><li>Purchasing Coordinator I, II, III
<ul><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Monitor order statuses and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Evaluate vendor performance and resolve any issues related to supply chain.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and forecasting future needs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in reconciling discrepancies.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Procurement Coordinator to ensure alignment on purchasing needs and budget constraints.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for restocking office supplies, beverages, and stationery as needed.</li>
<li>Responsible for light cleaning duties in office spaces as needed.</li>
<li>Receive and respond to inquiries within the ticketing system software.</li>
</ul></li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Minimum Requirements:</h1>
<ul><li>Required Education:
<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>
<li>Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li>Minimum Years of Experience:
<ul><li>2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.</li>
</ul></li><li>Other Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, Ability, and Licensure(s)):
<ul><li>Soft Skills: This position must be highly organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously in a professional setting.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office: This position must be proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 software with specific expertise in Excel.</li>
