About the Role</b></p><p><br>
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our efforts in expanding business opportunities with government entities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep understanding of government procurement processes, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to penetrate government sectors and secure new business opportunities.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and ministries.</li><li>
Identify and pursue tenders, RFPs, and government projects aligned with company objectives.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.<br>
<br>
<b>What You Must Have:</b></li><li>
Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in government or B2G sectors.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Ability to develop strategic plans and deliver results under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Fluency in Arabic and English.<br>
<br>
<b>Nice to Have:</b></li><li>
Experience in electronics, technology, or related industries.</li><li>
Established network within Saudi government entities.</li><li>
Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and government digital transformation projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
