 Job Descriptions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and manage all invoice processes, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate approval workflows in line with company policies and internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Support contract-related and procurement processes, including documentation and follow-up with suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a coordination point between HR, Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Management teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support office-related needs such as service providers, vendors, and facility-related follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general administrative support to management when required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from university
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good command of English, both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in invoice tracking, approval processes, or procurement coordination is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
