The Mechanical Engineer will support the design review, estimation, and site supervision of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting for various projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role involves assisting with technical evaluations, preparing documentation, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the design review and coordination of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.</li>
<li>Support estimation and quantity take-offs based on construction drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approval requests.</li>
<li>Perform site inspections under supervision to verify installation quality and compliance with design standards.</li>
<li>Assist in testing and commissioning activities including DALT/TAB coordination.</li>
<li>Help prepare mechanical BOQs and review vendor/supplier quotations.</li>
<li>Participate in technical meetings and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li>
<li>Support in preparing daily reports, material inspection reports, RFIs, and punch list tracking logs.</li>
<li>Learn and assist with construction project documentation and close-out procedures.</li>
<li>Comply with safety and quality procedures on-site and during project execution.</li> 
</ul>
Knowledge, Experience, and Special Skills Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university</li>
<li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in mechanical engineering (internships count) 
</li>
<li>Strong academic record with solid engineering fundamentals</li>
<li>Familiarity with interpreting mechanical design drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Basic understanding of construction processes and mechanical system installation</li>
<li>Awareness of relevant codes and standards</li>
<li>Clear English communication, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail</li> 
</ul>

Mechanical Engineer

The Civil (Estimation/QC) Engineer supports pre-construction and execution phases by assisting in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, procurement, and site quality control. The role involves both office-based and site-based tasks under the supervision of senior engineers, making it ideal for early-career engineers seeking to gain experience in bidding, project pricing, and construction quality assurance. 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing quantities take-off from drawings, specifications, and BOQs.</li>
<li>Support cost estimation by gathering rates, material specifications, and vendor quotes.</li>
<li>Review tender documents, highlight scope items, and assist in preparing comparison sheets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with procurement for pricing and technical evaluation of materials.</li>
<li>Help implement and monitor project-specific quality control plans. 
</li>
<li>Conduct basic site inspections under supervision to ensure work is performed as per standards and approved drawings.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of daily activities, material inspections, and QC checklists.</li>
<li>Support review of subcontractor submittals and track approvals in coordination with the QCM.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in closing non-conformities.</li>
<li>Work closely with senior engineers to gain understanding of codes, standards, and contract requirements.</li>
<li>Attend technical meetings, safety inductions, and training sessions as assigned.</li>
<li>Be a positive team member and engage the project management office (PMO) and project teams (Site) when needed and provide support as required.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Experience, and Special Skills Required:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.</li>
<li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in civil estimation or quality control (internships count).</li>
<li>Strong academic record with solid engineering fundamentals</li>
<li>Basic understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and site execution workflows.</li>
<li>Clear English communication, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail.</li></ul>

Civil (Estimation/QC) Engineer

The Electrical Engineer supports project delivery through technical coordination, design review, documentation, and quality tracking for electrical systems. This role works closely with Senio engineers, site teams to ensure electrical scope is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with specifications. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, documentation, and communication. 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Assist in reviewing electrical design drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents to ensure alignment with codes and project requirements.</li>
<li>Support the DOR and Senior Engineers in preparing and updating engineering documents based on site conditions or design changes.</li>
<li>Participate in technical submittals for review.</li>
<li>Support the supervision of electrical works during execution, ensuring installations meet quality, design, and safety standards. 
</li>
<li>Maintain logs and records of RFIs, submittals, inspections, and daily activities.</li>
<li>Assist in verifying that materials on site conform to approved specifications and are properly handled/stored.</li>
<li>Participate in internal and client-facing QC inspections and support meeting documentation.</li>
<li>Provide assistance during testing and commissioning activities by coordinating with vendors, consultants, and the QCM.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing Bill of Materials, quantity take-offs, and pricing support for tender packages.</li>
<li>Support procurement by reviewing vendor offers, collecting technical data sheets, and helping evaluate compliance with specifications.</li>
<li>Coordinate with site, design, and procurement teams to address daily execution and technical challenges.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Experience, and Special Skills Required:

<li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution</li>
<li>Basic understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and standards</li>
<li>Strong academic record with solid engineering fundamentals</li>
<li>0&ndash;3 years of exposure to construction projects (internships count).</li>
<li>Clear English communication, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail.</li></ul>
