We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager/Logistics Coordinator to manage office operations while coordinating logistics for our projects. The ideal candidate will have construction procurement experience in the UAE, a solid understanding of logistics, and the flexibility to travel to Djibouti and Bahrain when needed. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.</li>
<li>Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement of office materials, and coordination with international vendors.</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, official memos, and communications for management.</li>
<li>Maintain physical and digital filing systems for contracts, invoices, personnel records, and project documents. 
</li>
<li>Support management with documentation, meeting coordination, and communication. 
</li>
<li>Manage logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel across project sites.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory, shipment status, and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Maintain logistics documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and customs clearance paperwork.</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Prepare logistics reports and ensure timely communication with project teams in Bahrain &amp; Djibouti.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Finance and Procurement Departments for documentation needed for audits and reviews.</li>
<li>Generate periodic office/admin performance reports when required.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Experience, and Special Skills Required:

<li>Solid understanding of logistics, international shipping, and supply chain processes</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of construction procurement experience in the UAE

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in mechanical systems design for residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong design knowledge, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to respond effectively to client and project requirements. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and review mechanical design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with design firms for design development or modifications</li>
<li>Address comments or queries raised by clients/end users</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to verify mechanical installations and ensure alignment with design intent</li>
<li>Prepare mechanical cost estimations and assist in BOQ review</li>

Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist who will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures. The ideal candidate will oversee network operations, server management, software development, troubleshooting technical issues, and contribute to business continuity and cybersecurity initiatives. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Software Implementation &amp; Modernization
<ul>
<li>Identify and evaluate software solutions to improve workflows and efficiency</li>
<li>Plan and execute software implementation projects from start to finish</li>
<li>Configure systems based on business needs (users, roles, permissions, workflows, templates, integrations)</li>
<li>Migrate data from old tools (Excel, legacy systems, etc.) to new software</li>
<li>Test new systems, fix issues, and optimize settings after go-live</li>
<li>Create simple user guides, checklists, and documentation</li>

User Training &amp; Adoption

<li>Train staff on how to use new software tools effectively</li>

Calendar &amp; Schedule Management

<li>Coordinate and manage the President&rsquo;s daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li>

Communication Management
