 Purpose
 
 
 The Dispatcher is responsible for coordination of communications and information operating a variety of communication equipment including two-way radios,pagers,cell phones, and personal computers in order to recieve, prioritize schedule and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for service. This position also coordinates internal and external agencies, vendors, and equipment for field crews.

 Accountabilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to phone calls from multiple departments as well as customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate and dispatch work orders for emergency work as well as non-emergency work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communications and information with the field crews, mobile units and other personnel and departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to Field calls and take corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, prioritize and schedule daily work activities of the appropriate field personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure notifications for off-hour repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the dispatched personnel for completion of tasks, emergencies and availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing, maintaining records, logs, reports and forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work in multiple computer applications and billing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be willing to work overtime, Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and any shifts as may be established, perform on-call duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is on a rotating schedule which covers a 24/7 operation
 </li>
 <li>

 </ul>
 Education and Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Two years&rsquo; experience in dispatching/ call center environment and/or demonstrated experience with managing multi-task assignments in a customer service environment required. Utility experience a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Gas &amp; Water operations/ distribution systems preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word &amp; Excel) &amp; Outlook required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying information required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record keeping skills with preparing, maintaining records, logs and generating Excel reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills in communications with coworkers, supervisors and all levels of staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to follow directions and apply safety procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain calm and efficient demeanor in tense and emergency situations required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to work shifts, weekends and holidays required.
 </li>

 Pass Pre-employment DOT testing required.

 Purpose
 
 
 The Senior Financial Analyst III plays a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This position delivers actionable financial insights through detailed analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
 
 
 As a highly visible and high-impact role, you will partner closely with business leaders, providing data-driven recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving financial performance across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 Accountabilities
 
 
 Financial Planning &amp; Analysis:

 Actively support forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and quarterly updates, and provide recommendations to enhance forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
 </li>

 Monitor financial performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and maintaining short- and long-term financial models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform variance analysis, investigate key drivers, and communicate insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver timely and accurate financial insights and report to Senior Management to support informed decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key liaison between Operations, Utility Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial assumptions and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide analytical and data support for rate cases, including preparation of analyses and responses to regulatory data requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the planning, forecasting, and monitoring of capital budgets, and tracking spending against budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage revenue planning and forecasting, analyze key drivers, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the annual budgeting process and periodic budget reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Corporate FP&amp;A to align planning assumptions and ensure consistency across stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Other Responsibilities:

 Assist in maintaining and developing company-wide KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Take initiative to develop an in-depth understanding of FP&amp;A and reporting systems in order to find ways to improve processes and address any control gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide input and guidance on strategic financial issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop various management presentations as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Other tasks as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education and Experience
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or greater (e.g. Business, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 An accounting designation such as CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 5 years + of experience in accounting and/or finance roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of principles of accounting, finance and management accounting required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external groups
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in the areas of analytics/modeling and spreadsheet/database creation and maintenance through formal training and/or experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience with SAP SAC is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in the utilities, energy and/or other regulated industries is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail required with a desire to learn
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including; Excel (advanced level required), PowerPoint and Word
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work as a team member with peers and management to help drive continuous improvement
