Various Foundry Positions (STERLING HEIGHTS) WORK WITH YOUR HANDS IN A TEAM CENTERED ENVIRONMENTPaid training in a skilled trade. Working hours are from 5AM - 2PM M-F; (some Saturdays 6AM-10AM) Healthcare, Dental, Vision, IRA plans available.Small, employee centered company with a high energy, growth centered atmosphere. Employees take pride in making incredible metal parts from scratch. High attention to detail and family oriented work culture.Work with your hands making high quality metal castings. Physically demanding work. Molding - Fill molds with sand, piece together cores, artisanal finishing. Shakeout workers breakup the metal from the sand to separate the parts. (demolition) Grinding/Finishing use saws, grinders, and cutters to finish parts (autobody type work)Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Environment can be loud, dirty, and smokey.Position requires respirator use on floor - trimmed/near clean shaven beards only.Must demonstrate autonomy and initiative in daily activities. Must work well with others in a team atmosphere.
