<div>The HR Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing a variety of HR-related administrative tasks and providing support to the HR department.<br>

</b></div><div><ul><li>HR-related experience preferred

</li><li>Minimum one year of Data Entry experience, familiarity with Oracle Cloud preferred
<br>
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
<br>
</li><li>Ability to be flexible, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
<br>
</li>Solid PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)<br>

</li></ul><div></div><div><b>Primary Responsibilities:<br>
</b></div><div></div><br>
<div><ul><li>Coordinates with HR and Operations team members to resolve questions, inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing data in Oracle.
<br>
</li><li>Identifies issues with data to work towards resolution with HR and Operations team members.
<br>
</li><li>Completes UI (Unemployment Insurance) requests.
<br>
</li><li>Assists with compiling needed information for UI hearings.
<br>
</li><li>Completes non-DOT verification of employment.
<br>
</li><li>Verifies and submits Referral Bonus forms to Payroll.
<br>
</li><li>Assists with job description administration.
<br>
</li><li>Assists HR and Benefits in special projects.
<br>
</li><li>Distributes mail that comes to the Denver and Houston offices.
<br>
</li><li>Oversees document management and record maintenance within Oracle.
<br>
</li><li>Addresses general employee inquiries.
<br>
</li><li>Monitors HR inbox to address general questions and escalates, as needed.
<br>
</li><li>Organizes EEO and I9 documents in Oracle.
<br>
</li><li>Answers phone calls regarding applications.
<br>
