Networking opportunities within the organization are available as this support teller position will be scheduled to &ldquo;float&rdquo; primarily to our Owensboro, KY area branch locations and, possibly, assist in our Henderson, KY branch as needed. Candidates must possess excellent member service skills, professionalism, and confidentiality. Previous financial institution experience is preferred. Candidates must be available to work up to 40 hours per week including Saturdays on a rotating basis. If applicable, an initial two-three week paid training program will be held in Evansville, IN. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
<ul><li>Serve as a primary Member Service Representative (MSR).<ul><li>
Meet member needs by maintaining appropriate knowledge of all company products and services.</li><li>
Run various member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, transfers, and shared branching transactions with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
Determine acceptability of negotiable items and place holds on deposited funds when appropriate.</li><li>
Learn to identify potential fraud situations and take appropriate action to help protect the member and the Credit Union.</li><li>
Learn to recognize member&rsquo;s needs and recommend appropriate products and services while providing quality member service.</li><li>
Strive to balance cash drawer each day.</li><li>
Strive to meet MSR cross sell goals and work to support all branch goals and initiatives.</li><li>
Assist with processing night drop.</li><li>
Assist in balancing branch cash machines.</li><li>
Assist members in accessing safe deposit boxes.</li><li>
Answer member telephone inquiries.
</li></ul></li><li>Represent the Credit Union to the members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner greeting members as they enter the branch.</li><li>
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of company policies and procedures related to the MSR duties, including security and information security.</li><li>
Complete all required compliance training.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when dealing with member information and agree to shred all papers with confidential information.</li><li>
Prepare all daily work items for transfer to the appropriate departments.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.</li><li>
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and do some heavy lifting.</li><li>
Must have 1-2 years of cash handling experience.</li><li>
Banking experience preferred.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prepare periodic trending reports and track key areas as defined by management.

 Create additional reports as requested:
 </li>

 Work with end users to determine appropriate criteria for the query.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate the results of any queries built, obtaining assistance from the person requesting the report if necessary.

 Prepare the data requested in the most efficient and user-friendly way that supports decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.

 Schedule, automate, and publish reports through dashboards and reporting platforms.
 </li>

 Perform quality control by comparing data warehouse created reports against credit union data obtained through other business system-generated reports.

 Create clear and effective visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to communicate key findings.

 Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns and analyze performance:

 Serve as a data interpreter to assist with strategic marketing initiatives.

 Track results from campaigns through follow-up data analysis.

 Identify ways to improve upon existing reporting methods.

 Communicate key results with self-serve tools (dashboards, analytics tools) for product teams and key stakeholders.

 Develop and automate reporting of key performance indicators of various LFCU products and services at scale.

 Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to support reporting needs related to product performance and testing initiatives.

 </ul>
 Must Have:

 Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages and database concepts.

 The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job.

 3+ years industry experience in data analytics field and/or degree in STEM or other technical field.
