<b>Job Summary</b><br>
Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities</b>
</div> <ul><li>Full bar service, including wine, beer and craft cocktails</li>
<li> Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations</li>
<li> Nurture a positive guest experience</li>
<li> Check guest identification</li>
<li> Adhere to state regulation for Food and Beverage service</li>
<li> Handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guests.</li>
<li> Maintain a clean work space</li>
<li> Maintain daily prep lists</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul> <li>High School diploma or GED</li>
<li> Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant</li>
<li> Able to multi-task</li>
<li> Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces</li>
<li> Customer service focused and solution oriented</li>
<li> Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment</li>
<li> Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs</li>
<li> Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations</li>
