<div>Description
<ul><li>Support Contact Center technologies.
</li><li>Develop and support telephony-related applications.
</li><li>Contact data management and call handling capabilities.
</li><li>Design, develop and implement contact center-centric AI capabilities to improve CX/UX and operational metrics.
</li><li>Manage and deploy external vendor AI services (Google, Twilio, etc.)
</li><li>Design and implement AI and NLP in agent solutions to increase overall productivity.
</li><li>Working knowledge of Speech-to-Text capabilities, including Generative AI technologies like Open AI.
 
Support agent workflow.
</li><li>Lead projects or sub-projects of highly technical complexity.
</li><li>Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance review, debugging, and documentation.
</li><li>Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, RestAPI and micro-services.
</li><li>Proficient in fault isolation, platform health, monitoring and alerting applications.
</li><li>Coach or mentor new engineers and the team.</li><li>
Be a lead member of an Agile delivery team.
</li><li>Travel required up to 10%.
</li><li>Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Technology, Software Development, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Software Engineer-related occupation. 
Position requires demonstrable experience in the following:
<ul><li>Direct software engineering and coding supporting internal requirements for business operations.
</li><li>Specific working knowledge on telephony platforms, integration points, as well as common software programming languages and practices.
</li><li>Contact center and telephony requirement.
</li><li>Java, JavaScript, React, AWS and NodeJS.
</li><li>Generative AI solution and Speech-to-Text transcription services.
</li><li>Splunk and DataDog consolidated monitoring and alerting applications.
</li><li>Data Modeling.
</li><li>Enterprise IT Architecture including server functions, database, data workflow and security.
</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of Full Stack software development methodologies.
</li><li>Firm understanding of pipelines including server/nodes, operating systems, connectivity and CI/CD tooling.
</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of Contact Center operations.
</li><li>Travel required up to 10%.
</li><li>Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.</li></ul>

Principal Software Engineer

<div>Description
<ul><li>Independently, learn to apply fundamental actuarial theories, techniques, and procedures and develop the basic skills required to assist in the preparation of various actuarial analysis.
</li><li>May work in valuation/reserving, pricing, product, research/support, business planning, capital / financial modeling.
</li><li>Provide support to credentialed actuaries and others by performing analysis within designated business segments.
</li><li>Assist in the preparation of actuarial reports and studies.
</li><li>Provide clear communication of technical actuarial work to technical and non-technical audiences.
</li><li>Understands communication preferences and is flexible to the expectations and ways of communicating to different audiences.
</li><li>Demonstrates cultural sensitivity in communicating with colleagues with differing backgrounds.
</li><li>Use mathematical and statistical skills to aid in the analysis and synthesis of data to support key initiatives within the department.

Experience can be gained in a professional or academic setting.

</li><li>Ratemaking Analysis skills.
</li><li>Performing Loss Development Analyses.
