Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation in beautiful Doylestown, PA is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager.<ul><li>The RN Unit Manager assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department.</li><li>The RN Unit Manager ensures that reference material (i.e., PDR&rsquo;S, regulations, professional standards of practice, etc.) maintained at the nurses&rsquo; stations is current.</li><li>The Registered Nurse Unit Manager monitors the Facility&rsquo;s QI, QM, and survey reports and provides the Director of Nursing with recommendations that will be helpful in eliminating problem areas.</li><li>The RN Unit Manager provides the Director of Nursing with information relative to the nursing needs of the resident and to the Nursing Department&rsquo;s ability to meet those needs.</li><li>The RN Unit Manager informs nursing service personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc.</li></ul>
