Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will serve as the first point of contact, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support various office functions to keep our workplace running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a vibrant professional setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision and timeliness</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to support financial record-keeping</li><li>Support office management activities including supply inventory, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas</li><li>Proofread correspondence, documents, and reports to ensure clarity and accuracy while adhering to company standards</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills</li><li>Experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and staff</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, scheduling tools, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) is preferred</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us in delivering outstanding administrative support while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors!Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
