The <b>Software Development Manager</b> will oversee the day-to-day activities of the software development team, guide architectural decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, reliable applications. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, champion software quality, and help shape the future of our pharmacy management platform.</div><br>

Job Responsibilities Include:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization</li>
<li>Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices</li>
<li>Foster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities</li>
<li>Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines</li>
<li>Drive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform</li>
<li>Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met</li>
<li>Implement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability</li>
<li>Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role</li>
<li>Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)</li>
<li>Experience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React or Blazor)</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban</li>
<li>Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows</li>
<li>Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively convey technical concepts</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset</li></ul><br>
