(MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)Licentiam, Inc is the top medical licensing and credentialing solution for healthcare professionals in the U.S 50 states and their territories.Licentiam, Inc. is seeking a professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to serve as a Medical Credentialing Specialist. This person will work under the supervision of the Director of Medical Affairs, assisting with the credentialing process.Responsibilities<ul><li>Requesting and verifying documentation and information pertaining to provider credentials and certifications for licensure.</li><li>Completing credential applications in a timely and efficient manner following the appropiate regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Acting as a liaison between payers, medical boards, medical institutions, and providers.</li><li>Obtaining updates on the status of applications and reporting progress.</li><li>Providing matter expertise consultation and guidance to different providers and medical organizations.</li><li>Presenting credentialing progress to the team lead.</li><li>Supervising and delegating work to the licensing assistants.</li><li>Providing training to new employees.</li><li>Keeping up to date with changing laws and regulations that affect areas of work.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of experience in the medical credentialing field.</li><li>1+ years of customer service experience</li><li>CAQH management experience</li><li>Medicare and Medicaid enrrollment experience (REQUIRED)</li><li>Private Payers enrollment experience (REQUIRED)</li><li>Hosipital affiliation enrollment exprience (prefered)</li><li>Management skills</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Experience working with a variety of provider types- MD/DO/PA, Nurses, Allied Health Providers, and Behavioral Health.</li><li>Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat).</li><li>Superior administrative and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Thrives with on-the-job training and is not afraid to think outside of the box to address challenges in a rapidly growing business environment</li><li>Ability to operate printers, copiers, and fax machines to file, photocopy, and scan documentation.</li></ul>Licentiam, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
