 What makes the role meaty?

 Manage relationships and communication with both internal and external project stakeholders

 Conduct detailed site feasibility studies, coordinating with architectural consultants and generating reports for management review

 Oversee design development, collaborating closely with the design team and consultants to monitor progress

 Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for management approval and track project costs against budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, schedule, control and monitor multiple projects, including new builds, remodels, and reinvestment initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate contracts and procurement for kitchen equipment and work packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-site leadership to direct, guide and coordinate personnel to achieve project targets and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively update management on project status, delays, budget overruns and propose solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners like developers and landlords
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized project documentation and implement process improvements

 Ensure stores are handed over to the operations team on schedule and snag-free
 </li>

 Process payment of invoices and advise on billing
 </li>
