We are looking for a committed and experienced legal professional to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bengaluru.Position: Full-Time AdvocateWork Profile:The selected candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Title verification and legal scrutiny of property documents</li><li>Drafting Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs) for banks and financial institutions</li><li>Property registrations and coordination at the Sub-Registrar Office</li><li>Attending to Taluk Office, AC Office, and DC Office related legal work</li><li>Drafting and vetting of:</li><li>Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)</li><li>General Power of Attorney (GPA)</li><li>Sale Agreements</li><li>Sale Deeds and other transactional documents</li><li>Providing legal opinions for both individual and institutional clients</li><li>Liaising with revenue and registration departments</li></ul>Remuneration:As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.Eligibility &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate legal documentation and title due diligence</li><li>Proficiency in reading and understanding property documents in Kannada is preferred</li><li>Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for field visits and document follow-ups</li></ul>Office Timings:9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)Location:Licit Go Legal, Whitefield, BengaluruHow to Apply:Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: licitgolegal@gmail.comPhone: 9741 33 33 77Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;180,000.00 - &#8377;480,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
