You will drive the local talent strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure that all office administrative processes run efficiently and remain cost-effective.</p></div></div><div><div><p>
What you'll do</p>
</div><div><p>The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/her superior:</p><p><b><br>
Human Resources Management</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Employee Lifecycle:</b> You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.</p></li><li><p><b>
Performance &amp; Talent:</b> You will partner with leaders to implement talent reviews, performance management, and workforce planning.</p></li><li><p><b>
Payroll &amp; Admin:</b> You will manage the monthly payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.</p></li><li><p><b>
Compliance:</b> You will ensure all HR policies align with Pakistan&rsquo;s labor laws and corporate guidelines.</p></li><li><p><b>
Engagement:</b> You will develop and implement HR plans to drive employee engagement and a positive company culture.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Administration</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Office Management:</b> You will oversee office maintenance and safety to ensure a functional workspace.</p></li><li><p><b>
Vendor Relations:</b> You will negotiate contracts with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, catering).</p></li><li><p><b>
Travel &amp; Expatriates:</b> You will manage travel arrangements and support expatriates with work permits and TRCs.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><br>
What you'll need</p>
</div><div><ul><li><p>University graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
At least 5+ years&rsquo; experience in Human Resources.</p></li><li><p>
You are well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and related labour legislation of Pakistan. Independent, detail minded and self-motivated with great initiative.</p></li><li><p>
You are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ideally have experience with SAP.</p></li><li><p>
Basic finance and accounting skills are an advantage.</p></li><li><p>
You possess professional English language proficiency (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p>
You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><p>
