<p></p><div><div><p>The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey across Liebherr&rsquo;s digital ecosystem. This person will be able to combine marketing strategies with data and technology, and ensure campaigns get to customers flawlessly. The Digital Marketing Team Lead enables and supports the marketing team in creating targeted, personalized campaigns. They will own relationships with marketing technology partners and work closely with Liebherr&rsquo;s internal IT department to build a best-in-class customer journey. This role will be creating and executing a marketing technology roadmap that is aligned with business goals set at a corporate and at a divisional level.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Responsible for spearheading strategy, defining goals and meeting marketing objectives across digital channels to support digital transformation and business growth for Liebherr USA, Co and each of its product segments.</li><li>
Responsible for the administration, reporting, optimization, and evaluation of websites, online marketing campaigns, social media platforms and display advertising.</li><li>
Responsible for content management, web design, implementation and administration of websites and databases.</li><li>
Responsible for the managing of Liebherr USA Co.&rsquo;s, SharePoint pages. Designing, developing, and maintaining site content and capabilities of the existing portals in collaboration with the IT department.</li><li>
Work with product specialists and marketing teams to create multi-channel campaigns.</li><li>
Has complete mastery of the liebherr.com structure in the Content Management System (CMS) and provides guidance and support to new employees in the use of the company-wide CMS system.</li><li>
Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, from managing and segmenting email lists to integrating necessary landing pages.</li><li>
Plans and implements Search Engine Optimization (SEO) measures (content and technical). This includes keyword search, use of analytics data, optimization and effectiveness analysis of existing websites (usability, findability, visibility and testing), and development of on-site and off-site strategies for optimal index ability/crawlability.</li><li>
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.</li><li>
Lead integration of data between platforms.</li><li>
Serve as super-user for a variety of Liebherr digital tools.</li><li>
Oversee the implementation of new marketing technology rollouts, training, and user adoption.</li><li>
Responsible for department administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.</li><li>

Competencies</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Relevant Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Web Design, IT or Digital Art with 2 &ndash; 4 years relevant experience, and experience on SEO, SEA, display and email marketing or similar or a combination of education and 5 or more years of equivalent experience in this field.<br>
<b>Supervisory Duties:</b></li><li>
Manages at least 1 direct report.</li><li>
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Digital Marketing team.</li><li>
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws.</li><li>
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Ability to communicate with teams inside and outside Liebherr</li><li>

Shift rejected material to the Blocked Warehouse as per Quality team instructions, both physically and in the system.</div></li><li>
Scrapping the (blocked-scrap) material on time.Ideally to maintain zero material in scrap WH. Regular measuring daily/weekly based scrap.Segregating scrap material as per category.</li><li>
On-time disposing scrap. Follow-up with scrap vendors for vehicle placement and loading.</li><li>
Maintain all warehouse safety standards, discipline, and implement 5S practices consistently</li><li>
Responsible for all MHE (maintain runtime records, manpower planning, preventive maintenance).</li><li><div>
Manage and distribute vehicles for material movement.</div></li><li><div>
Perpetual inventory count. Palletizing quality material and staging to production line as per material issue note or production order.</div></li><li>
Final assembly parts offered to quality. Sending material from WH to shop floor &amp; closing operation as well as coordination with planning.</li><li>
Updating shortages &amp; follow-up with purchase. Follow-up on the readiness status of parts with production &amp; quality for on-time delivery.</li><li>
Responsibility of Raw material WH, Purchase part WH, General spare part WH. Replacement of line-rejected parts.</li><li>
