We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1&ndash;3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in labs or hospitals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of medical and paramedical roles and experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs across departments (e.g., pathology, nursing and administration).</li><li>Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and referrals).</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds with concerned departments.</li><li>Draft and roll out offer letters, negotiate salary and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed.</li><li>Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and HR database.</li><li>Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.</li><li>Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards and accreditation requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare, diagnostic lab, or hospital setup.</li><li>Strong understanding of various healthcare roles (e.g. lab Technicians, Phlebotomist, Nurses, admin staff).</li><li>Proficient in using job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
