The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise to build a high-performing workforce.<ul><li>Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, mid-level, and volume hiring.</li><li>Partner with business leaders and HR to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.</li><li>Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in retail, healthcare, and corporate functions.</li><li>Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.</li><li>Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics, provide reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.</li></ul>
