Position Summary:
<ul><li>To provide senior level statistical support to Lifescan</li><li>
Lead the investigation team for performance issues at Lab and Clinical sites; Monitor corrective actions through product performance meetings</li><li>
Statistical SME for projects, validations and investigations</li><li>
Ensure the laboratory and various functions across the business e.g. Engineering, Quality, Labs, Operations etc are supported.</li><li>
Ensure production performance review reports and applicable meetings are managed, chaired and accurate for all products.</li><li>
Organise large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis.</li><li>
Ensure the correct design of research is given to projects and that valid scientific techniques are used appropriately and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data.
</li><li>Ensuring all product release activities and product development activities are completed in a compliant manner.</li><li>
Robust understanding if all aspects of the product lifecycle and able to technically mentor others within the team.
</li>A strong programming skill set and be familiar with product and software validation methodologies.<br>

Key Experience Requirements:
<ul><li>Strong programming experience in SPSS, R, Python or similar software</li><li>
Experienced in Applied Statistical Programming Skills</li><li>
Proven ability to summarise and present technical and complex data to others</li><li>
Able to understand complex data sets and translate it into actionable outcomes</li><li>
Technical Report writing skills</li><li>
Mathematical modelling of complex systems</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge and experience with a wide range of statistical tools and techniques.</li><li>
Experience in product monitoring, trend analysis and sampling methodologies
</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>
Validation Experience</li><li>
Experience of working in a large scale-manufacturing environment (Desirable)</li><li>
Experience of AI &amp; Machine Learning (Desirable)</li><li>
Clinical Trials Experience (Desirable)</li></ul></div>
