What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><p>
As a key partner to Finance and Operations leadership, you will play a critical role in strengthening cost visibility, improving margins, and supporting business growth.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Cost Accounting &amp; Analysis</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and maintain <b>standard costing models</b> (labor, materials, overhead)</li><li>
Analyze <b>manufacturing variances</b> and provide actionable recommendations</li><li>
Support <b>month-end close</b> activities (inventory, COGS, production reporting)</li><li>
Deliver <b>margin and profitability analysis</b> by product, customer, and program</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Inventory &amp; Manufacturing Partnership</b></h3><ul><li>
Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate <b>BOMs and routings</b></li><li>
Support <b>cycle counts and physical inventory processes</b></li><li>
Analyze <b>inventory trends</b> (turns, excess, obsolescence)</li><li>
Ensure compliance with inventory controls in a <b>regulated (FDA/ISO) environment</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Pricing &amp; Business Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Partner with Sales and Program teams on <b>quoting and pricing strategies</b></li><li>
Evaluate financial impact of <b>new product introductions (NPI)</b></li><li>
Identify <b>cost drivers and cost reduction opportunities</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Process Improvement &amp; Systems</b></h3><ul><li>
Improve cost accounting processes and internal controls</li><li>
Support <b>ERP system enhancements and optimization</b></li><li>
Help build <b>KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools</b> for operational efficiency</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compliance &amp; Audit</b></h3><ul><li>
Ensure adherence to <b>GAAP and internal policies</b></li><li>
Support <b>internal/external audits</b> and documentation</li><li>

What You Bring</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>
3&ndash;7 years of <b>cost accounting experience in manufacturing</b></li><li>
Experience in <b>medical device, life sciences, or regulated environments</b> preferred</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Technical Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Strong expertise in:<ul><li>
Standard costing</li><li>
Variance analysis</li><li>
Inventory accounting</li><li>
COGS and margin analysis</li></ul></li><li>
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)</li><li>
