<div>Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services (EAMH) provides services to individuals with an SPMI diagnosis in an outpatient setting and in the community as needed. We work from a team based model to support our clients with a variety of services to help build skills for stability and independence.
The On Call, Mental Health Therapist provides essential counseling for individuals with psychosis and works alongside the rest of the multidisciplinary team to support the clients in the mental health care system. 
Pay: $32.13-$41.46 hourly pay.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's King site. 
 
Salary Placement Notice: 
The posted salary range reflects the compensation potential for this role. Most candidates will be placed between the entry level and midpoint of the range, depending on their experience and qualifications. However, more seasoned professionals with extensive exact or similar experience may be considered for placement toward the higher end of the range. Final salary offers are made in alignment with internal compensation processes in accordance with Oregon Pay Equity laws. 
 
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for client orientation including advising clients and significant other(s) of the services offered through the program and recommend services.</li><li>
Responsible for client evaluations and performs the initial intake interviews. Collects information about clients using interviews, case histories, observational techniques, and other assessment methods. Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnoses disorders. Identifies appropriate treatment services. Notifies client and significant other(s) of diagnosis and initial recommendations. Completes written narrative of evaluation and relevant opening paperwork. Obtains necessary releases.</li><li>
Develops therapeutic treatment plans based on clients' interests, abilities, strengths and needs. Treatment plans will have measurable goals and objectives based on the diagnosis and will specify type, frequency, intensity, and duration of therapy. Treatment plans will be client driven and follow-ups will be completed on time, assessing the quantity and quality of services provided, modifying plans and diagnoses as necessary.</li><li>
Provides individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, medication training and support, individual or group skills training, and treatment planning utilizing interventions drawn from a variety of clinical and rehabilitation approaches as needed by the client.</li><li>
Counsels individuals, groups, or families to help them understand problems, define goals, and develop realistic action plans. Common topics addressed include stress, poverty, unemployment, substance abuse, physical abuse, rehabilitation, social adjustment, childcare, aging or family situations.</li><li>
Teaches clients socially acceptable behavior, employing techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement. Encourages individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner. Provides assistance and support to clients with the job search process.</li><li>
Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.</li><li>
Provides case-coordination by maintaining contact with other agencies, referral source(s) and staff regarding client and significant other(s) involvement in treatment services.</li><li>
Assists the client to the extent necessary, based on client's level of functioning, to access needed services and resources. Advocates on client's behalf. May attend the client's psychiatric medical appointments, if clinically indicated.</li><li>
Reviews and evaluates clients' progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment plans</li><li>
Provides clients or family members with information about mental health and addictions issues and about available services and programs, making appropriate referrals when necessary.</li><li>
Reports any pertinent information to the proper authorities in cases of endangerment, neglect, or abuse of children, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or the elderly.</li><li>
Act as client advocates to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. Provides clinical support to clients with immediate and urgent needs.</li><li>
Responsible for record maintenance including providing appropriate treatment plans and progress notes. Obtains pertinent records from other treatment agencies. Track client involvement, follow-through and progress in treatment activities. Completes all clinical forms records including record opening and closing information, insurance authorization information, Service Activity Logs (S/AL's), treatment plans and progress notes in an electronic health record system in a timely manner.</li><li>
May transport clients in a personal or agency vehicle.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>
This position requires a valid and active QMHP credential certification through MHACBO or a valid and active status (licensed or registered intern) with an approved Oregon licensing board.</li><li>
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Mental Health Related field.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to conduct an assessment, including identifying precipitating events, gathering histories of mental and physical health, alcohol and other drug use, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts, assessing family, social and working relationships and conducting a mental status examination; complete a five-axis DSM diagnosis; write and supervise the implementation of an Individual Service and Support Plan; and provide individual, family and/or group therapy within the scope of their training.</li><li>
Knowledge of medications commonly used by client population.</li><li>
Requires access to car, valid driver's license. If transporting client will need proof of current automobile insurance coverage and verification of safe driving record from DMV.</li></ul>

<div>The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Technical Support Analyst will be hands-on, interacting directly with the end user in meeting requests, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions and offering general internal helpdesk support across all locations to all levels throughout the organization during regular business hours and after hours as needed. The Technical Support Analyst may provide supervision and support to Technical Support Technicians.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Sylvan site.

Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assists end users in resolving a wide variety of hardware and software issues, requests, complaints, and inquires by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
</li><li>Monitor, manage, resolve or refer IT ticket queue, triage, resolve issues in a professional manner or escalate in a timely manner, bringing in other subject matter experts as required
</li><li>Builds/images, installs, tests, monitors, upgrades, troubleshoots and repairs computers, mobile devices, networks and peripherals.
</li><li>Work with Network/System Administrators to ensure optimal operations of all systems</li>
<li>Works with and may act as a liaison with external technology vendors</li>
<li>Manages user account information, including rights, security and systems groups.
</li><li>Manage and/or perform backup, recovery, and other security measures as required</li>
<li>Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution using a central IT ticket management application</li>
<li>Writes or contributes to knowledge base articles for user self-service or other IT instruction</li>
<li>Manage hardware assets and track via asset management applications.</li>
<li>Participate in continual updates to the team's IT documentation and training system by recommending changes or updates in programming, documentation, and training to address system deficiencies and user needs</li>
<li>Understand the IT working environment sufficiently to explain technical issues and concepts to a disparate range of technical and non-technical clients; effectively communicates both orally and written with customers, team members, and organization. May be required to train individuals or groups, as needed.</li>
<li>Exhibits an excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability with the capability of working independently</li>
<li>May provide supervision to other technical support staff; Participates in regular individual and team meetings with manager; Attends informational meetings which may include all staff and team meetings, consultation with other staff and required trainings.</li>

Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li>Bachelors degree or 3-5 years' experience in Technical/Computer/Help Desk support</li><li>
An A , MCSE, or other Microsoft or Networking certification(s) a plus</li>
<li>Desktop troubleshooting experience and skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and/or repair of standard set of peripherals in an enterprise environment</li>
<li>Prefer experience with Windows Deployment Services, Active Directory, and/or BitLocker a plus.</li>
<li>Preferred knowledge and/or experience working within the Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure and other Cloud service environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with supporting wireless communication devices such as Smartphones, Wireless hotspots, and cell phones a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively on a team, and to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated. Driven to provide excellent customer service.</li>

<div>The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor provides substance abuse treatment services in an outpatient setting. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling (individual, family, and group) services, urinalysis, consultation with care providers and coordination of multiple service providers for his/her assigned client caseload; and for keeping accurate, timely records.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Hillsboro Walnut site.

Essential Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for client evaluation including initial intake interview, formulating a substance abuse diagnosis, identifying appropriate treatment services. Notify client, significant other(s), care givers and care providers of diagnosis and initial treatment recommendations in a timely manner, complete written narrative of evaluation, obtain necessary authorizations for disclosure.</li><li>
Collect information about individuals or clients, using interviews, case histories, observational techniques, urinalysis, and other assessment methods. Observe and evaluate client's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.</li><li>
Analyze data such as interview notes, test results, and reference manuals to identify symptoms and to diagnose the nature of clients' substance abuse problems and determine an ASAM PPC-2R level of care.</li><li>
Identify and diagnose substance abuse disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials. Address legal issues, such as child abuse and discipline, assisting with hearings and providing testimony to inform custody arrangements. Provide accurate screenings for mental health, health, gambling, trauma and domestic violence issues, and make referrals to appropriate services providers as necessary.</li><li>
Provide referral services to clients and their families, e.g., residential services, health care, mental health services, employment services, housing, recovery support services, etc. Maintain awareness of community referral resources.</li><li>
Develop therapeutic Individual Service and Support Plans (ISSP), based on clients' interests, abilities, strengths and clinical needs. ISSP's will be evidence-based, using clinical experience and knowledge, and will have measurable goals and objectives based on the diagnosis and will specify type, frequency, intensity, and duration of services. Treatment plans will client-driven and follow-ups will be completed on time, assessing the quantity and quality of services provided.</li><li>
Confer with clients, significant others and treatment team to develop plans for post treatment activities to maintain recovery.</li><li>
Counsel individuals or families, using evidence-based treatment practices, to help them understand problems, define goals, and develop realistic action plans. Guide clients in the development of skills and strategies for resolving substance abuse problems.</li><li>
Facilitate or co-facilitate group treatment services, using evidence-based/manualized treatment models with demonstrated effectiveness for the population served. Demonstrate proficiency in using evidence-based practices, as evidenced by observation, fidelity rating scales, client report, and client outcomes.</li><li>
May be responsible for service coordination. Coordinate/collaborate with physicians, staff, families, caregivers, referents, etc. Maintain chart notes related to external contracts, obtaining pertinent records from other treatment and tracking clients' involvement, follow through and progress in varied treatment activities. Provides regular and timely progress reports to referents when appropriate.</li><li>
Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling or treatments and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, ASAM PPC-2R dimensions, modifying plans and diagnoses as necessary. ISSP's must be updated at least every three months. Behavioral Health Assessments must be updated at least annually.</li><li>
Document and maintain client records in electronic healthcare system within 24 hours of meeting with client to ensure compliance with agency and contract guidelines and confidentiality.</li><li>
Provide training to staff, caregivers, and family regarding issues of substance abuse as it relates to clients.</li><li>
Provide crisis intervention. May serve as Clinician of the Day.</li><li>
Serve as back-up for other staff when needed.</li><li>
Administer and submit urinalyses with minimal errors. Evaluate and communicate results within agency guidelines.</li><li>
May need to travel between sites or in the community.</li><li>
May need to work some evenings.</li><li>
Use Feedback-Informed Treatment service delivery approach to obtain and review feedback from clients regarding the fit and effectiveness of the services provided to them</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Requires a current CADC 1 or equivalent national certification; or a CADC-R with a formal plan to obtain certification within two years of MHACBO registration.</li><li>
Have knowledge, skills, and abilities demonstrating competence in: treatment of substance related disorders including client evaluation and individual, group, family, and other counseling techniques; program policies and procedures for client case management and record keeping; and accountability for recording information in the client files assigned to them consistent with those policies and procedures. Should be familiar with theory or concepts of prevention.</li><li>
If working in a culturally focused program must have: demonstrated understanding of cultural values and norms, acculturation and generational issues within a culture; extensive knowledge and understanding of resources and appropriate support linkage available within the community; effective intercultural communication skills in order to advocate for culturally diverse clients.</li><li>
If working with youth, courses in child development and experience working with youth strongly preferred.</li><li>
Sensitivity and understanding of specific barriers which may lead to lack of access and engagement.</li><li>
Good computer skills including a functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Ability to master proprietary software including electronic health record system.</li><li>
Requires ability to work evenings and/or weekends, depending on the particular work assignment</li></ul>
