<p>LifeBridge Health&rsquo;s Sinai Hospital, a nonprofit teaching hospital, is a regional medical campus for George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences (GWSMHS). Sinai is the largest community hospital in Maryland with 483 beds and serves the people of greater Baltimore as well as national and international patients.
</p><p>We provide training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly, and we&rsquo;re looking for a Hospitalist /Nocturnist to join our team.</p>
<p><b>Seeking a highly engaged physician to join our Hospitalist &amp; Nocturnist Teams - this is a 50/50 daytime/night shift position.</b></p>
<ul><li>Practice inpatient medicine with all labs and specialties available</li>
<li>Full-time, employed position
</li><li>Schedule: 7 on /7 off. 12-hour shifts. 3 months days/3 months nights
</li><li>No call required</li>
<li>Enjoy the reward of teaching upcoming physicians with overnight residents, interns, and medical students</li>

</b></p><p>The Herman and Walter Samuelson Children&rsquo;s Hospital at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland seeks a BC/BE General Pediatrician to join our Division of General Pediatrics.</p><br>

This position is an academic outpatient position that will be located at our 2 ambulatory General Pediatrics locations Greenspring Pediatrics and Loch Raven Pediatrics.</p>
<p> We invite you to join a collegial group of dedicated medical professionals who work collaboratively to provide outstanding and family-centered medical care to our patients and families in Baltimore and the surrounding region and strive to provide excellent outpatient training to medical students and our pediatric residents. </p><ul><li>Our division is part of the Department of Pediatrics at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Sinai Hospital, established in 1866, is the largest community hospital in Maryland and is part of the LifeBridge Health (LBH) system.
</li><li>The Department of Pediatrics at Sinai includes 40 full-time faculty members including more than 15 different sub-specialties</li>
<li><p>Sinai has the only nationally accredited pediatric training program in a Maryland community hospital with a free-standing pediatric residency program that includes a total of 25 residents.</p>
</li><li>Sinai Hospital is a Regional Medical Campus for the George Washington University and Pediatrics at Sinai is a teaching site for medical students from George Washington University.</li>

<ul><li>Greenspring Pediatrics was founded as a combined residency continuity clinic and faculty practice in the 1970s by Dr. Evan Charney. There are many opportunities for personal and professional growth.
</li><li>The division includes seven attending physicians and two locations including Loch Raven Pediatrics.
</li><li>Plans are underway to move to a new facility in the next few years.</li>
<li>We serve a very diverse patient population: the local orthodox Jewish and Park Heights communities, many recent immigrants from Spanish-speaking countries, as well as countries in Asia and Africa. A higher proportion of patients are insured with a Medicaid plan.
</li><li>We are seeking candidates that reflect our diverse patient population.</li>
<li>Daily responsibilities include caring for your own panel of patients, supervising medical students and residents for acute care and continuity clinic with 4 residents. Teaching time for resident and student teaching is supported.</li>
<li>On call phone coverage is divided amongst the entire general pediatric division.</li>
<li>We are supported by The Herman &amp; Walter Samuelson Children&rsquo;s Hospital on the Sinai campus that has nursery, pediatric emergency, and inpatient hospital coverage for our patients.</li>
The Loch Raven Office was founded in East Towson to serve the Parkville and east Baltimore County communities in 2019. It is a teaching site for medical students and residents but offers a more productive clinical environment.<br>
