Position: Academic Coordinator Location: Lifery Pvt.Ltd Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 12:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PM (with after-hours academic support up to 10:00 PM, if required)Role OverviewThe Academic Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring student satisfaction and providing academic assistance to create a seamless and positive learning experience. The role involves resolving student queries, supporting and maintaining teachers, offering academic guidance, and ensuring continuous support during and occasionally beyond regular working hours.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide timely responses to student queries and doubts during official working hours.</li><li>Offer academic support beyond office hours (up to 10:00 PM) and on holidays when necessary.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with students to ensure their academic and emotional needs are met.</li><li>Record, track, and report student concerns to the academic coordination team.</li><li>Collaborate with faculty and coordinators to improve the overall student support system.</li><li>Create a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for students.</li><li>Contribute to engagement activities that enhance student satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline (Education-related background preferred).</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Empathetic, patient, and student-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and respond promptly to queries.</li><li>Basic knowledge of online communication tools and student management systems.</li><li>Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when required.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;10,000 + incentives</li><li>Leave Entitlement: 4 days per month</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and student- centric environment.</li></ul>NOTE:We prefer the candidates from wayanad only.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
