About role:Lifestyle Aesthetics Group is seeking a high-performing Senior Product Specialist / Sales Representative for our Filler line, with previous experience in Exosomes, NAD, Mesotherapy, and Derma products.The ideal candidate is ambitious, target-driven, and ready to grow within a fast-expanding aesthetics and medical products distribution company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell fillers and aesthetic injectable products to clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic centers, and medical professionals.</li><li>Plan forecasting based on realistic numbers.</li><li>Manage existing accounts and develop new clients within assigned territory.</li><li>Conduct product demos, training sessions, and clinical presentations.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Apply monthly sales report and highlight challenges.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and ensure retention.</li><li>Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and sales reports.</li><li>Support marketing activities, workshops, events, and product launches.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in sales of Fillers, Injectables, Exosome, NAD, Skincare, or other aesthetic medical products.</li><li>Strong background dealing with dermatology, aesthetic clinics, and doctors.</li><li>MUST have a valid UAE driving license and a personal car.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, or any medical/related field.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have Filler/Aesthetics experience? if no, Please don't apply.</li><li>What's your current earning ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE driving license (Required)</li></ul>
