If so, you may be what Lifetime Eyecare by Optical Illusions is looking for in an Optometry Assistant Sales | Technician !Job Duties include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Checking in patients and performing examination pre-testing and medical history for each patient appointment</li><li>Performing medical imaging and testings for ocular disease</li><li>Maintaining/cleaning of glasses and ophthalmic equipment/machines and exam room (cleaning, organizing, restocking)</li><li>Assisting patients with frame styling, optical lens selection, and processing insurance orders for reimbursement</li><li>Repairing and adjusting glasses for patients</li><li>Training contact lens patients who are first-time wearers on proper insertion and removal of contacts</li><li>Assisting with administrative duties as needed: prepping upcoming patient files, appointment scheduling, filling records requests, verifying and interpreting insurance benefits, preparing and sending referrals for patient care, etc.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>We offer a competitive benefits package for FULL TIME employees including:<ul><li>401K</li><li>PTO accrual</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Eyewear and eyecare benefits</li><li>Health insurance benefits available for long-term employees</li></ul>This role works closely with our doctors in hands-on patient care.
