Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lives out Lifeway&rsquo;s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work</li><li>
Available 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday; 4-5 days per week from April to June 2026</li><li>
Work to be completed during 8am-5pm CST window</li><li>
Supports the execution of Lifeway&rsquo;s social media strategy across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube</li><li>
Plans and manages social content calendars, adapting messages for multiple platforms</li><li>
Publishes and schedules content</li><li>
Track weekly KPIs and engagement metrics across social channels</li><li>
Works closely with their leader and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns, initiatives, and key product launches are represented effectively</li></ul>

This is a <b>seasonal</b> Summer Camps role that is remotely based.</p><p></p><p><br>
Dates of work are April 20th 2026-July 20th 2026.</p><br>
Responsibilities:
<div>
As a Church Solutions Specialist for Camps you will:</div><ul><li>
Build and maintain positive relationships with church customers and assist with summer camp registrations via phone, email, and chat
</li><li>Educate customers on Lifeway's various camps, locations and dates
</li><li>Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, and other applicable camp preparation information
</li><li>Promote and recommend additional or other resources, events and services based on the customer's specific needs
</li><li>Investigate, analyze and resolve customer inquiries related to camps; issue credits according to established guidelines
</li><li>Follow-up with customers regarding waiting lists, deposits and balances due for camp</li><li>
Stay up to date on changes to camps, such as location changes, church issues, etc. by using provided resources</li><li>
Demonstrate a servant's heart and a passion to serve others, Christ, and the Church</li></ul>
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, <i>required</i></li><li>
1 year customer service experience, <i>preferred</i></li></ul><ul><li>
Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and serve/participate in church events or ministries, <i>required</i></li><li>
Past experience with Lifeway Camps<i>, preferred</i></li><li>
Intermediate computer skills, including ability to navigate product databases, data entry systems, internet search and online support tools</li><li>
Experience with chat support software, <i>preferred</i></li></ul><ul><li>
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong multi-tasking and organization skills</li></ul></div>
