General Manager – Sales Driven Leader to expand into Detroit market!
 Launch, manage and grow a local market with your hands-on expertise in (B2C) residential (DME) Durable Medical Equipment for patient mobility, safety, and independence in the home.
 As a Selling General Manager, you will lead your team to earn 5-star customer experience reviews, through consultative in-home sales appointments, timely installation of new equipment, and responsive service for maintenance and repairs.
 
Sales & Marketing Expectations: 
<ul>
<li>Achieve sales goals for number of appointments, conversation rate and total sales</li>
</ul>
revenue.
 <ul>
<li>Timely completion of estimates and contracts with a clear product solution and scope of work.</li>
<li>With Shared Services support, lead your team in relationship development with community and patient referral sources, holding in-services, and hosting events to promote in-home mobility products.</li>
</ul>
Operations Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Review each sale and project to confirm quality standards of product, installation and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Local vendor management – find and develop relationships with local and regional</li>
</ul>
subcontractors/vendors as needed.
 <ul>
<li>Point of Escalation – respond to and resolve escalated situations with customers, systems, and processes.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and adequate inventory for all stocked equipment.</li>
<li>Manage fleet/vehicle maintenance, repairs and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Ensure timely response and completion of all service calls; tracking warranty information,</li>
</ul>
confirming satisfactory completion and billing of all service requests.
 
Leadership Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead by example with ride-alongs, mentoring, and developing an understanding of each role (marketing, sales, production).</li>
<li>Hire, train and develop your team to achieve goals and exceed customer and referral partner expectations.</li>
<li>Achieve revenue targets and manage costs to a budget on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring net profit goals are met.</li>
<li>Scale and grow your local market.</li>
<li>Communicate, educate and ensure team compliance with laws, regulatory agencies, and company policies.</li>
</ul>
Required Industry Experience, Skills, and Travel
 <ul>
<li>Residential Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry experience required (B2C).</li>
<li>Proven experience as a successful Sales producer and manager.</li>
<li>Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and develop a team.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Financial acumen including understanding of a budget.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.</li>
<li>Travel up to 10% as needed.</li>
</ul>
Total Rewards: 
<ul>
<li>Base salary plus incentive = total compensation of $110,000 - $120,000 annually.</li>
<li>Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care insurance, 401k, employer paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance.</li>
<li>Paid time off includes paid holidays and three weeks of PTO.</li>
