Customer Service Officer - RESTAURANT OPERATIOS

<ul><li>Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations.</li><li>Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.</li><li>Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.</li><li>Support in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate junior kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and quality.</li><li>Handle customer requests or complaints related to food when required.</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.</li><li>Take full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
