kitchen stewardCleaning &amp; Sanitation<ul><li>Dishes and Utensils: Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils by hand or by operating dishwashing machines.</li><li>Kitchen Surfaces &amp; Equipment: Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, stovetops, and appliances like refrigerators and ovens.</li><li>Floors and Walls: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean floor drains, and periodically clean walls and ceilings.</li><li>Waste Management: Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins, ensuring waste is disposed of properly and in line with waste separation procedures.</li><li>Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as descaling appliances, cleaning ventilation systems, and thoroughly scrubbing floors and walls.</li></ul>Support &amp; Organization<ul><li>Stocking &amp; Storage: Restock cleaning supplies and organize storage areas to ensure all necessary materials are readily available.</li><li>Assisting Staff: Support the chefs and other kitchen staff by helping to receive and store deliveries and assisting with basic food preparation tasks if required.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning tools and equipment clean and sanitized, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
