Previous sales experience preferrably in the Aesthetic industry</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.</li><li>
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service</li></ul> 
This position is for our Indianapolis clinic, located at 3425 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240 
Base salary starts at $65,000 depending on experience. Monthly (uncapped) Bonus for this position is expected to be at least $5-8,000 additional per month!! 
In this position you will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:<ul><li>
Performing consultations to describe our services, treatments, and skin care line professionally and with an expert knowledge base</li><li>
Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit</li><li>
Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services</li><li>
Create client retention by upselling additional products and services</li><li>
Recommend new products and services by evaluating the current aesthetic treatment process</li><li>
Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic</li><li>
Motivate &amp; Develop your team of clinicians</li><li>
Providing an Exceptional Client Service experience</li></ul>
To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:<ul><li>
Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.</li><li>
Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.</li><li>
Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.</li><li>
Two or more years managing a successful sales team</li><li>
Weekend Availability is a must (locations are open from 10-3pm Saturdays and closed Sundays)</li></ul>
