1. Execute duties as a Manual Tester
 
2. Foster close collaboration and communication among diverse teams and studios.
 
3. Evaluate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
 
4. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
 
5. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
 
6. Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs.
 
7. Conduct comprehensive regression testing post bug resolution.
 
8. Formulate and implement testing processes for new and existing products based on requirements.
 
9. Collaborate with internal studio teams (Developers, Product Owners, Designers) to ascertain system requirements.
 
10. Extract test requirements from specifications.
 
11. Troubleshoot quality issues and adjust test procedures accordingly.
 
12. Respond to requests from internal teams and QA Leads.
 
13. Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance with standards.
 
14. Record software defects, monitor progress in a timely manner, and escalate aging and priority defects.
 
15. Present the test coverage matrix, linking test requirements to test cases.
 
16. Lead and innovate in QA processes and methodologies.
 
17. Contribute to shaping the company's testing strategy and practices.
Skills:
 
1. Proficient in software QA methodologies and processes.
 
2. Expertise in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
 
3. High-level analytical and critical thinking skills.
 
4. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
 
5. Basic knowledge of casino table games like &quot;BlackJack,&quot; &quot;Craps,&quot; &quot;Roulette,&quot; and &quot;Poker Games&quot; (3 Card Poker, Casino War, Ultimate Texas Hold'em), and Sicbo is advantageous. -Not Mandatory.
6. Knowledge of Data analytics- is advantageous- not mandatory.
7. Automation experience using python &amp; exposure to Selenium frameworks is desirable.

Software development engineers using common development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile should be matched to our software development engineering roles. Employees focused on ensuring products (including websites) and hosted networks are designed and developed to be cyber-safe and compliant are typically matched to one of our software development engineering roles. For cloud databases, may be matched to Data Management - Storage Engineer (TE.DMSE) or for hosted networks, to Network Engineering (TE.INNE) or Network Systems Administration (TE.INNS). Employees focused on administering and hardening internal processes and systems against outside penetration and attack, match to Information Security (TE.ICIO).
