Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:<ul><li>
BCBA recruitment experience</li><li>
5+ years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience</li><li>
BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required) - We strongly encourage BCBAs to apply, even if you do not have prior recruitment experience.</li></ul>

Requirements:
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring:</h3><ul><li>
Education: A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required but will consider equivalent experience.</li><li>
Experience: Candidates must have either BCBA recruitment experience, 5+ years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience, or BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required; BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply).</li><li>
Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.</li><li>
Creativity: You&rsquo;re an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.</li><li>
Relationship Building: You&rsquo;re able to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.</li><li>
Tech Savvy: Must have Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience. Must be proficient with MS Office.</li><li>
Team Player: A strong collaborator who thrives in both remote and on-site environments while maintaining focus and attention to detail.</li><li>
Proactive &amp; Positive: You&rsquo;re driven, assertive, and passionate about learning and evolving your recruitment methods.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with candidates via written and verbal communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity at every stage of the process.</li></ul></div>
