Part-Time Operations /Executive AssistantCandidate must be located near Grand Rapids, MIWe operate a few small businesses, including a small handful of pizza restaurants, , a few rental properties, and a trucking business. I&rsquo;m seeking a part-time Admin support / Executive Assistant to provide both personal and business support, helping with day-to-day organization, communication, and follow-through. The majority of the work can be completed remotely, though there may be occasional local tasks.This role includes personal task support as well as business operations support. I&rsquo;m often pulled in many different directions, so having someone on the back end who ensures tasks do not slip through the cracks is critical. The role is focused on organization, judgment, and follow-up, not just task execution.If candidate has a passion for marketing and sales growth, this could be a dual position with more hours.Responsibilities- Manage personal &amp; business email inbox, draft responses, and flag priorities- Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks- Manage paperwork and business correspondence (mail and email)- Handle company phone calls with vendors and service providers- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and loose ends- Provide general administrative and operations support-Local errandsIdeal candidate- Prior experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role preferred- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information- Good judgment and knows when to ask before acting- Strong organizational skills to manage projects and deadlines- Diligent with follow-ups to ensure vendors and partners meet deadlines- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro- Available via phone and email with reasonable response timesDetails- Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week to start- Opportunity to grow over time, If you are able to wear multiple hats this could easily expand into a larger role.- Hourly, depending on experience- Mostly remote with some local tasksJob Type: Part-timePay: From $3,000.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Grand Rapids, MI 49599
