Overview The Lighthouse Spa is a massage and esthetic treatment spa in Canal Park, Duluth, looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness. You'll provide a range of skin, nail, and body treatments in a welcoming, client-focused environment; and have the opportunity to learn and deliver our Japanese head spa service, a luxurious scalp and hair treatment that is one of our most distinctive offerings.We are committed to your professional growth and to building a workplace where your skills and creativity can genuinely thrive.Compensation &amp; SchedulingCompensation is commission-based, structured as a competitive percentage of services performed. Scheduling is flexible and built around your availability and client demand, giving you the ability to grow your hours as the spa grows. Dedicated time between appointments is built into every schedule, so you can deliver an unhurried, high-quality experience for every client.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform skincare treatments, body waxing, brow shaping and tinting, and Japanese head spa services</li><li>Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, maintaining strict sanitation standards throughout</li><li>Communicate with clients to understand their goals and deliver a personalized experience</li><li>Educate clients on products and make thoughtful recommendations to support their routines</li><li>Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with Minnesota health and safety regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minnesota Cosmetology License required</li><li>Experience in skincare, nail care, body waxing, or eyelash extensions preferred</li><li>Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetician License preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to sanitation standards and exceptional client care</li></ul>We are committed to supporting your growth as a licensed professional in an environment focused on wellness, community, and exceptional client care.Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tools provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
