Key Responsibilities:

<li>Drive PPC Success: Manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns with a laser focus on improving ROI.</li>
<li>Account Health Champion: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, handle seller support cases, and maintain top-notch account health.</li>
<li>Innovate &amp; Optimize: Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and run tests to push ad performance to the next level.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report on campaign performance, aligning strategies with business growth objectives.</li></ul> 


We&rsquo;re Looking for Someone Who:
<ul>
<li>Has 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC management.</li>
<li>Is proficient with XMars (Highly preferred) Scale Insights, ClickUp, Slack, Seller Central, Data Dive, and Helium10.</li>
<li>Has a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Is comfortable with analytics and familiar with tools like AdWords, Facebook, and Shopify (preferred).</li>
<li>Holds an Amazon certification or experience in Amazon Private Label or CPG (a plus).</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As our Amazon A+ Content Designer, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in crafting visually appealing and high-impact content to enhance our Amazon listings. Your key responsibilities include:

<li>Designing stunning A+ Content, including product images, infographics, and lifestyle visuals, that highlight key product features and benefits.</li>
<li>Ensuring all designs align with Amazon A+ Content guidelines and our brand standards.</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create content strategies tailored to target audience preferences.</li>
<li>Developing content frameworks that clearly communicate value propositions and drive customer conversions.</li>
<li>Reviewing and auditing existing content for quality, consistency, and alignment with Amazon's evolving standards.</li>
<li>Leveraging UX design principles to create customer-centric content that simplifies decision-making.</li>
<li>Analyzing performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, engagement rates) and optimizing designs based on insights and feedback.</li>
<li>Designing complementary marketing assets like banners, emails, and social media graphics to boost campaign effectiveness.</li> 
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (minimum).</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content guidelines and best practices.</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Qualities:
<ul>
<li>Strong visual storytelling skills to showcase product features and benefits effectively.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.</li>
<li>Expertise in creating high-quality graphics, banners, emails, and other marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Knowledge of performance tracking tools to assess content effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience designing Amazon A+ Content for third-party sellers and vendors.</li>
<li>A strong portfolio featuring compelling A+ Content and other marketing designs.</li>
<li>Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles.
