Required to send email to the supervisor, and other intake specialists on every intake call for follow-up. Include attorneys if the cases are catastrophic, or if an attorney&rsquo;s opinion is needed.</li><li>
Verify insurance coverage.</li><li>
Follow up with the client regarding status of property damage.</li><li>
