LILIAN SHEA LAW OFFICE IS looking for a full time paralegal.The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self started, be able to work under pressure and be able to handle a big load of cases; this person will be able to multi task and ready to go. This is a full time position with a salary according to experience.Benefits are offered after three months of employment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the attorney in all aspects of the case, and may be attending personal matters as well.Meeting with clients to fill out formsPreparing and mailing correspondenceKeeping the schedule of court hearings, meeting etcOpening and organizing all filesDocketing and calendaring deadlines and eventspreparing immigration packages to be filed with USCIS as well as consular processing packages as wellBeing able to prepare motions, waivers. Affidavits etcSkills and experience:Exceptional organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, grammar and spelling skills In English and some SpanishAbility to work well under pressure wirh and a high volume of casesImmigration experience and some Spanish is a MUSTExperience in Word, Some sort of Immigration forms programIf you have the qualifications we are looking for, please email your resume along with a list of references and salary requirements.
