 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to draft various Commercial contracts and agreements. Drafting, execution,
 
 
 registration, and record keeping of agreements and contracts to ensure appropriate
 
 
 management of risks.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting and maintaining replies of customer correspondence, legal notices, and support
 
 
 the team and management of legal process for claims settlements.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure timely renewals of all applicable statutory licenses of the Company relating to
 
 
 Factories Act, Labour laws, Essential Commodities Act, Packaging &amp; Labelling, Pollution
 
 
 regulation, Competition law, Branding, Trademark regulations etc.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordination with external legal counsel for litigations both Civil and Criminal, including
 
 
 drafting, representation of Company in various Courts, Tribunals and Government
 
 
 authorities.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordination with all internal stakeholders for government supplies, regulatory, insurance
 
 
 and legal matters.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Drafting project related documentation like Agreement forms, Affidavits, MOU&rsquo;s,
 
 
 Undertakings etc., from time to time, as per requirements. Quality assurance related
 
 
 support to be extended.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update Seed license documentation and dashboard from time to time. Prepare Organizer
 
 
 agreements for Seed production and other documentation in coordination with
 
 
 stakeholders for licenses.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and maintain registration related documents like Breeder&rsquo;s certificate, DUS, DNA
 
 
 reports etc., in line with Breeders and registration team of France for documentation.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate for treated Seed discard process. Filing and record keeping of documents
 
 
 pertaining to compliance.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be abreast of regulatory changes affecting the Company and ensure timely compliance.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support for NBA related compliance, PPVFR filings etc.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work, liaison with various law firms for specific needs. Strong cross-functional
 
 
 collaboration and external stakeholder management, in terms of representation to
 
 
 Government departments and agencies.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as Company Secretary of the company ensuring compliance with corporate laws and secretarial standards, convening and documenting Board and Shareholder meetings.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide legal advice to Excom &rsquo;s Member and various departments and developed mitigation strategies and identify legal risks across departments and develop policies or preventive measures to reduce exposure.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work and communicate with Regional and Global team stakeholder management.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implementation of legal and/or compliance tools and Regional and Global &rsquo;s Policy or requirement including to provide training related thereto.
