 As Limak, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced
 
 Assistant Manager
 
 to lead our
 
 renewable energy project development activities
 
 across various international markets, with a primary focus on
 
 solar and wind energy investments
 
 . The ideal candidate will contribute to the end-to-end development process and provide strategic and technical leadership in projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and coordinate project development activities in targeted countries from initial assessment to the pre-construction stage,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct international site visits and provide detailed technical and regulatory feasibility assessments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and evaluate preliminary technical and financial analyses of renewable energy projects, ensuring investment viability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and review engineering studies, including layout design, yield assessments, and equipment selection,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with key electrical design criteria and interconnection standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with local and international stakeholders, including developers, technical advisors, consultants, and permitting authorities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal decision-making processes through regular reporting and presentation of project development progress to senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics or Energy Systems Engineering,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7&ndash;8 years of hands-on experience in renewable project development and management, with exposure to international markets being a strong plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in PVsyst, PVcase, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel internationally as required.
 </li>
