Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Support in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and maintaining recruitment databases.</li><li>Help in conducting initial HR rounds and assessments when required.</li><li>Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.</li><li>Assist in onboarding activities and documentation of selected candidates.</li><li>Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring processes.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.</li><li>Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.</li><li>Exposure to a professional corporate culture and HR operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;5,086.00 - &#8377;10,781.41 per monthWork Location: In person
