We are looking for a hybrid proposal manager and writer to join our Proposals team. In this role, you will manage and write proposals for markets across the Americas and Asia Pacific (Amer-APAC) from start to finish. You will analyze procurement documents, shape a clear strategy, draft compelling responses, and deliver fully compliant submissions that reflect city priorities and demonstrate Lime&rsquo;s value, flexing between proposal management and writing responsibilities based on team and market needs.
You will report to the Senior Manager for Proposals for Amer-APAC. In your work, you will partner closely with other members of the Proposals team, as well as the wider Market Development team, Government Relations, Operations, and others. The team is internal-facing and highly collaborative, so you will build alignment, maintain strong processes, and help the group deliver high-quality, well-vetted proposals under tight timelines.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.<div></div> 
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits throughout the Amer-APAC region, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, drafting, and final submission. Flex fluidly between proposal management and writing responsibilities depending on the needs, scale, and complexity of each opportunity.</li><li>
Analyze procurement documents to identify key priorities, evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and competitive considerations, translating complex requirements into actionable proposal strategies. Partner closely with local operations, policy, finance, and other cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones to gather insights, align stakeholders, escalate issues, and develop high-impact offerings.</li><li>
Write clear, compelling, and strategically tailored content for RFPs, RFIs, permits, and other city-facing submissions, often under tight deadlines, while owning the full review and revision cycle. Shape proposal narratives, messaging, and win themes that align with city priorities and strengthen Lime&rsquo;s competitive positioning in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, graphic design, and content partners.</li><li>
Build and improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries, to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the team. Help drive continuous improvement across the proposals function, owning long-term infrastructure projects like best practices, templates, toolkits and content libraries and identifying new ways to make the team faster, sharper, and more scalable.</li><li>
Support strategic market development efforts through occasional travel to key markets for pre-tender workshops, cross-functional meetings, and/or local planning sessions.</li></ul>
About You:<ul><li>
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally spanning content writing, proposal management, project management, or public procurement</li><li>
Exceptional writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and audiences</li><li>
Experience reviewing and interpreting regulations, proposal documents, procurement materials, and/or city planning documents, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable strategies</li><li>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities while delivering high-quality, error-free work under pressure</li><li>
Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across regions, time zones, and varying communication styles</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree preferred</li><li>
Public or private sector procurement experience is a plus</li></ul>

Senior Lead, Proposal Writing

We are looking for Operations Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will help deploy and retrieve our fleet of shared electric vehicles. You will support partnerships with cities, battery management operations, and much more. This is an exciting role where you will wear many &lsquo;helmets&rsquo; to support the Lime team.
This is a full-time warehouse-based position that requires you to be onsite during your assigned shift. The night shift hours are 12:00 - 8:30 pm. The shifts available for this position are either Friday - Tuesday, Saturday - Wednesday, or Sunday - Thursday.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market including daily travel to the East Bay</li><li>
Interact with the local community to retrieve vehicles critically assessing risk to not compromise safety and occasionally using de escalation skills</li><li>
Address and resolve issues with city requests related to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues as outlined by Lime established service level agreements</li><li>
Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager</li><li>
Participate in Lime events including providing support with valet services, assisting in staging and conducting safety reviews while ensuring the cleanliness of our vehicles</li><li>
Support battery management operations when applicable by ensuring accurate documentation, safety measures, and quality checks are completed</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance on our vehicles by identifying and completing small repairs including but not limited to brake adjustments and tire inflation, and assisting with the rotation of scooters and supporting in warehouse flow</li><li>
Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with city requests</li><li>
Detect and report uncommon situations related to on the ground service and product</li><li>
Occasionally assist customers in field by providing support related to Lime vehicles</li><li>
Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles</li><li>
May operate a pallet jack or push cart on an as needed basis</li><li>

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid in-state driver license and clean driving record</li><li>

Ability to understand and communicate in English at a level sufficient to follow safety procedures, read and complete required documentation, utilize mobile applications and tools, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
</li><li>Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required</li><li>
Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
